AWARDS TO EMPLOYEES
- For 10 years of service – 1,500.00 HRK
- For 15 years of service – 2,000.00 HRK
- For 20 years of service – 2,500.00 HRK
- For 25 years of service – 3,000.00 HRK
- For 30 years of service – 3,500.00 HRK
- For 35 years of service – 4,000.00 HRK
- For 40 years of service and any additional 5 years – 5,000.00 HRK
SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS FOR INTERNS
- Scholarships (as grants) to high-school and university students for regular education in the country and abroad, at high-schools and universities/faculties – 1,750.00 HRK per month
- Sport scholarships and remunerations – 1,750.00 HRK per month
- Scholarships to students for excellence achievements – 4,000.00 HRK – public call
- Awards to students during internships - 1,750.00 HRK per month (also payable in cash)
- Remuneration for work through students' associations – up to 63,000.00 HRK per year
